Description
The Blackstone HD530 post hole borer is intended for a large variety of works, in both the construction and the agricultural field. Earth augers are used to create holes in the ground, more or less deep, depending on the operator’s needs, for planting fruit trees, stacking concrete poles or for making fence basis.
Among the main features of this earth auger, the most remarkable one is the very high power/weight ratio. It is powered by a 2-stroke engine with a cubic capacity of 52 cc that can develop a power of 1.45 kW (2 Hp) and features a cast transmission with gears lubricated in oil bath.
In addition to the auger bits provided, there are several types of bits and an bit extension that enables to reach greater depths.
The maximum drill depth that can be reached with the auger bits of these post hole borers is 75 cm.
