Blackstone GBD-1500 LE is especially designed to shred, cut or crush roots, branches and small logs.

A garden shredder helps to optimize the outdoor space, produce excellent chippers or improve the compost operations.

It is ideal for all those who need to remove and quickly shred biodegradable wastes from the ground.

Strong points:

– Sturdy machine thanks to its long-lasting durability rotor system made of solid steel;

– Cutting diameter is bigger than other chipper shredders: 90 mm twins (not dry) while the best competitors have 50/60 mm; however, in case of branches with over 50 mm diameter, they have to be introduced slowly in order to be able to shred branches with this diameter.

– High performance. It is suitable for habitual intensive use even crushing big diameter green branches;

– Higher output capacity compared to standard internal combustion chipper shredders with rotor with blades and shredding hammers.

Weaknesses:
this machine discharges bigger wood chips than chipper shredders with hammers. It is not suitable to crush leaves or small size green material. This garden shredder is suitable to shred branches of medium and big diameter (in accordance with the maximum cutting diameter indicated on each model). They are not suitable for leaves and small green materials, therefore not recommended for twins with small diameter.
