What is one of the main problems related to imported products purchased in large-scale retail trade or online?

The answer is simple: after-sales service and support is often difficult to contact or even non-existent. It may happen that you purchase a product with an extremely convenient quality/price ratio and then find yourself, after a few years, having to throw it away because there is no dedicated assistance or it is impossible to find spare parts. The consequence? Throw away a product that we paid for and that could work for another time. Find someone to repair these products? Even if someone could be found capable of carrying out the repair, the problem of spare parts would remain.

What is our strength? What differentiates us from others?

We have the entire range of spare parts available for the treated products and a competent, organized and fast assistance service.

Our service does not stop there: we ship the necessary spare parts to your home (even to your trusted mechanic if necessary) and we can also collect the product at home for assistance and warranty.
